Spring Break


                           2018 Spring Break

  What I did this spring break was practice one last time for my friend's 15 that was going to be by the the next day, March 24th. I had woken up early to get ready to go to my cousins house because she was going to do my hair and makeup. This day was so much fun, I got to enjoy a party and for the first time be in one of my friends 15, I had so much fun i needed to party, with so much things going on and I got to dance which I love doing. I especially needed someone to dance and i got to dance with someone to like 3 songs. I also started to watch some shows and movies on Netflix which i enjoyed i really enjoyed most of my break. At least i have about 10 weeks left of school.

Thanksgiving Week My thanksgiving week was great I enjoyed it so much. I went shopping with my cousins and mom. I went to my g-od-mothers house on thanksgiving, my uncle and aunt came from Anehiem with thier new baby and some of my cousins had gone too. My uncle and cousin who is younger than me by two years and I went to the market to buy ice for our cold drinks. We also got chips and snacks for the little ones. Since it was really late to go home from Long Beach we slept over. We also played Jengo once we were done eating our dinner. We had so much fun that night! The next morning we woke up ready and eager to do something so we decided to have breakfast and go to beach since my god-mother lived by the ocean. We enjoyed the view and so refreshful day. On the weekend I went to watch the movie Coco. I loved that movie so much!

Duties and Responsibilities:   They  help injured or ill people improve their movement and manage their pain. These therapists are often an important part of the rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention of patients with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.   Physical therapy, also known as physiotherapy, is one of the health professions that, by using mechanical force and movements, manual therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy. Salary:  $85,400 per year Education:  Physical therapist programs often include courses in bio-mechanics, anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, and pharmacology. Physical therapist students also complete at least 30 weeks of clinical work, which then gain supervised experience in areas such as acute care and orthopedic care. Class Evaluation

1. What I liked about this class was working with computers and learning new jobs and careers that I can be interested in the future. 2. I did not like how it was sometimes difficult finishing my work earlier because sometimes I needed more time or sometimes I wanted to write more. 3. Some recommendations for this class for improving is for students to finish their work quicker by practicing their typing skills. 4. I actually read my life planning goals 1-2 times daily just in case I want to change them or add more that I think of or have. 5. Yes, I am committed in being a CTR person because I always try my best no matter what and sometimes I push myself to do things I've never done. I also help others when needed or for my friends. 6.
