What is Presidents Day? This federal holiday is technically known as Washington's birthday in honor of our first president and "Father of Our Country," George Washington.  Washington's Birthday was the first federal  holiday to honor an American citizen. As such, it was originally celebrated on George Washington's actual birthday, February 22. Various groups have attempted to establish an official Presidents' Day to honor  all  American presidents. Although an early draft  of the Uniform Monday Holiday Act renamed the holiday Presidents' Day to honor both George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, the final bill  as passed retained the name Washington's Birthday. I agree with this statement because if someone is going to tell you a promise it is because they are giving you their trust so you won't break it but if you do so they will probably lose their trust and won't tell you anything to trust on. Making a promise is keeping your word. When you promise something it means it is a sign of trust therefore if you break it, you are untrustworthy.  It seems like you don't care at all when you break a promise. For example, there was this day where one of mt bestest friends told me to keep something from someone and it accidentally slipped out of my mouth and so she needed time to trust me again. I know I had made a mistake but sometimes this is how you know who to trust and who not to because keepiing a promise can clearly define you.
