This statement in other words means that you can't be right by cheating and you can't do wrong by being honest. In addition, don't do right by doing wrong and can't be wrong by doing right. Its not wrong being honest and its best for someone to do right than doing wrong and hurting them the wrong way. You can't be right by cheating its not good and it can affect you the wrong way if you'd get caught. You do what is right by doing the right meaning being positive, honest and kind with others. Don't judge other people for what they are, if they wanna live that way, it is on them.
